FL Permit Prep is a self-contained study tool. All content — questions, answers, explanations, and study material — is stored locally within the app. No data is transmitted to any server. No internet connection is required to use the app after it is downloaded.
FL Permit Prep is designed for use by teens aged 15 and older who are preparing for the Florida learner's permit exam. Because we do not collect any personal information from any users, no special handling is required for users under 13 under COPPA. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age.
FL Permit Prep does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not integrate with social media platforms or share any information with any third party.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Those platforms may collect certain data pursuant to their own privacy policies. Please review Apple's and Google's privacy policies for information on data they collect through their stores.
FL Permit Prep is a one-time purchase processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information. All billing is handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms and privacy policies.
The read-aloud feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech system. No audio is recorded, transmitted, or stored. The text being read is the same study content visible on screen — no additional data is generated or sent anywhere.
Because we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data to secure, breach, or lose. Your use of FL Permit Prep is entirely private.
If we ever change this privacy policy — for example, if we add optional account features in the future — we will update this page with the new effective date and notify users through an app update. We will never collect personal data without your explicit knowledge and consent.
