By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FL Permit Prep is an educational study tool designed to help users prepare for the Florida Class E Driver's License Knowledge Exam (learner's permit test). The app provides practice questions, study materials, and quiz functionality based on the official Florida Driver Handbook published by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV).
FL Permit Prep is provided for educational and study purposes only. Use of this app does not guarantee that you will pass the official Florida DHSMV permit test. The actual exam is administered solely by FLHSMV, and passing requirements, question content, and formats are subject to change at any time by FLHSMV without notice to us.
We strive to keep content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the content in the app exactly matches the content of the current official exam. Always refer to the official Florida Driver Handbook published by FLHSMV as the authoritative source of information.
HD Mapping LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FL Permit Prep for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:
FL Permit Prep is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. All purchases are final and subject to the refund policies of Apple and Google respectively. HD Mapping LLC does not process refunds directly — please contact Apple or Google for refund requests.
Your one-time purchase includes all current content and future content updates at no additional cost, for as long as the app is available on the respective app stores.
All content within FL Permit Prep — including but not limited to question text, explanations, study material, design, and code — is the property of HD Mapping LLC or is used with appropriate permissions, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Practice questions and study content are derived from and aligned with the publicly available official Florida Driver Handbook published by FLHSMV. FL Permit Prep is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FLHSMV or the State of Florida.
FL PERMIT PREP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HD MAPPING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, or current at all times.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HD MAPPING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HD Mapping LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the app at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
